Which polymer is recommended for my application?
The choice depends on the temperature and exposure environment: EPDM for outdoor/ozone exposure, NBR for oil contact, silicone for extreme temperatures or food contact, sponge EPDM for low-force sealing. We recommend the right solution based on your drawing and usage conditions.
Can you reproduce an existing profile from a physical sample?
Yes — we measure the physical sample you send and manufacture the extrusion tool matching the identified cross-section.
