Flexible Industrial Protection

Leather Bellows

Fire-retardant leather bellows protecting machine guideways and spindles from chips, sparks, and coolant — manufactured to drawing from a single piece.

Product Range

Every bellow is manufactured to order from your dimensions, drawing, or physical sample. Minimum order: 1 piece.

Standard Fire-Retardant Leather

Fire reaction class B1, resistant to sparks up to +300°C. Leather thickness 1.2 / 1.5 / 2.0 mm. The standard choice for welding and CNC environments.

Class B1 Sparks to +300°C

With Stainless Inserts

Stainless steel 304 or 316 leaf inserts provide axial rigidity and longer travel life. Suitable for high-cycle CNC machining centres and industrial presses.

304 / 316 inox Axial rigidity

Telescopic Bellows

Maximum travel up to 3000 mm with a 1:5 compression ratio. Available with 2–12 leaves to match the required stroke and collapsed height.

Up to 3000 mm 2–12 leaves

Round / Cylindrical

Conical or cylindrical profile, diameter range 30–500 mm. Used on lathe spindles, grinding machines, and rotary axes. Conical form for tapered slides.

Ø 30–500 mm Conical / cylindrical

Rectangular

Width 50–800 mm, height 30–400 mm, double or triple stitched seams. Standard solution for milling machine tables and linear guideways.

50–800 mm wide Double / triple seam

Custom Dimensions

Any shape or size manufactured to ±1 mm tolerance from genuine leather or synthetic fire-retardant material. Minimum order: 1 piece.

Order Process

Every bellow is made to measure. Here is how it works from enquiry to delivery.

1

Send Dimensions

Share your drawing, sketch, or physical sample with overall, collapsed, and expanded dimensions.

2

Analysis & Pattern

Our engineers review the application and create a cutting pattern optimised for fit and service life.

3

Manufacturing

Leather cut, folded, and stitched by hand — each seam double or triple stitched for maximum durability.

4

Inspection & Delivery

Dimensional check against drawing before dispatch. Shipped with a certificate of conformance.

Application Areas

Leather bellows protecting critical machine components across many sectors.

CNC Machine Tools
Welding & Cutting
Railway
Industrial Presses
Foundries
Metal Structures
Machining Centres
Lathes & Mills
