Closed-cell and open-cell sponge rubber profiles, sheets, and gaskets — lightweight sealing with excellent compression recovery and weather resistance.
Cellular rubber products for sealing, insulation, vibration damping, and cushioning — supplied by the metre, sheet, or custom gasket.
Apparent density 0.10–0.25 g/cm³, operating range −50 / +120°C, compression force 15–35 kPa. Excellent weathering and UV resistance.
Density 0.15–0.35 g/cm³, operating range −40 / +100°C. Resistant to mineral oils and fuels. Suitable for automotive and hydraulic environments.
Die-cut or water-jet cut to any shape, tolerance ±0.5 mm, elastic recovery >80%. Minimum order: 1 piece. Suitable for any sealing application.
Cross-section range 5×5 to 50×50 mm, supplied by the metre or on reels. Used for door seals, hatch closures, and gap-filling applications.
Apparent density 0.08–0.50 g/cm³, formulated on EPDM, NBR, or CR (Neoprene) base. Used for thermal and acoustic insulation applications.
Standard sizes 1000×2000 mm in thicknesses 3, 5, 10, 20 mm. Custom shapes cut to drawing. Self-adhesive backing available on request.
