Rubber Compounds
We produce high-quality compounded rubber — the essential raw material for manufacturing any technical article. Our formulations are precisely tailored to each client's technical requirements: hardness, chemical resistance, thermal range and electrical properties.
Types of Compounds Produced
Every formula is compounded and validated in our in-house laboratory, guaranteeing parameter repeatability batch after batch.
Electroinsulating
Compounds with high electrical resistivity, used for insulating components in high-voltage installations and railway applications.
- Resistivity: > 10¹² Ω·cm
- Hardness: 50–75 Shore A
- Base: SBR / special NR
Oil-Resistant NBR
NBR formulations with excellent resistance to mineral oils, fuels, greases and aliphatic solvents.
- Temperature: -40°C / +120°C
- Hardness: 40–90 Shore A
- Base: NBR (nitrile rubber)
Extreme Temperature
EPDM and silicone compounds for applications with severe thermal variations, from extreme cold to industrial heat.
- Temperature: -60°C / +200°C
- Hardness: 30–80 Shore A
- Base: EPDM / Silicone
Silicone
Pure silicone compounds with superior properties: chemically inert, biocompatible, stable at extreme temperatures and ageing-resistant.
- Temperature: -60°C / +230°C
- Hardness: 20–80 Shore A
- Base: VMQ / PVMQ

Our Production Process
Formula Development
We select the base polymer and additives according to the client's technical requirements.
Mixing
The compound is prepared in controlled mixers for maximum homogeneity.
Laboratory Testing
Every batch is tested in-house: hardness, tensile strength, elongation, resistivity.
Certified Delivery
Each batch is delivered with a declaration of conformity and analysis report.
