What do I need to send for a quote on a one-off part or a series?
The technical drawing (.dwg, .pdf, .stp) or a physical sample of the part, plus the application specifications (temperature, working environment, pressure). We analyse the request and recommend the optimum material.
Can you reproduce an old gasket having only a physical sample, without a drawing?
Yes — we analyse the sample in our own laboratory to determine the dimensions and, where possible, the type of material, then propose an equivalent or improved solution.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We produce from 1 piece, for replacement parts, up to large series for continuous production.
What documents do I receive upon delivery of an order?
Every batch is delivered with a declaration of conformity and a quality certificate, in accordance with Geola Prod SRL's quality management system.
