Rubber Gaskets
We manufacture precision industrial gaskets in NBR, EPDM, silicone, SBR and electroinsulating compounds. Every piece is made to order, based on the technical drawing or sample supplied by the client.
Available Gasket Types
We select the optimum material based on the working environment, operating temperature and mechanical requirements of the application.
NBR Gaskets
Nitrile rubber — excellent resistance to mineral oils, fuels and petroleum products.
- Temperature: -40°C / +120°C
- Hardness: 40–90 Shore A
- Resistance: oils, fuels, greases
EPDM Gaskets
Superior resistance to weathering, ozone, UV and chemical agents. Ideal for outdoor applications.
- Temperature: -50°C / +150°C
- Hardness: 40–80 Shore A
- Resistance: water, steam, dilute acids
Silicone Gaskets
Extreme performance at high and low temperatures. Recommended for food and pharmaceutical industries.
- Temperature: -60°C / +200°C
- Hardness: 30–80 Shore A
- Resistance: extreme temperatures, ozone
Electroinsulating Gaskets
Certified dielectric properties, used in electrical and railway installations. AFER approved.
- Resistivity: > 10¹⁰ Ω·cm
- Hardness: 50–70 Shore A
- Standard: SR EN 45545 (railway)
Metal-Insert Gaskets
Gaskets reinforced with steel, stainless steel or brass insert for high-pressure or heavy mechanical-load applications.
- Insert: steel / stainless / brass
- Pressure: up to 400 bar
- Shape: custom to drawing
One-Off or Series
Production for both single replacement pieces and small, medium or large series, with optimal lead times.
- Minimum quantity: 1 pc.
- From: technical drawing / sample
- Declaration of conformity included

Frequently Asked Questions
What materials are available for gaskets?
We manufacture gaskets in NBR, EPDM, SBR, silicone and neoprene, selected based on operating temperature and the chemical environment of the application.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We produce both one-off replacement parts and small, medium or large series — the minimum quantity is 1 piece.
What do I need to send for a quote?
The technical drawing (.dwg, .pdf, .stp) or a physical sample of the gasket; based on these we send a quote within 24h.
What dimensional tolerances can you achieve?
Tolerances are set according to the application; every batch is tested in our in-house laboratory (Shore A hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break) before delivery.
